Mi nombre es Priscila. De niña, dos documentalistas llegaron a mi región rural y me abrieron las puertas al mundo del cine, cambiando el rumbo de mi vida y alejándome del destino que muchos en mi entorno seguían: unirse a la guerrilla de las FARC-EP. Años después, en 2016, tras el anuncio del acuerdo de paz en Colombia, supe que muchas mujeres guerrilleras entregarían las armas. Me pregunté: ¿qué habría sido de mí si mi camino no hubiera cambiado? Decidí regresar a la selva para buscar a mis amigas de infancia que sí eligieron la guerrilla. Durante mi búsqueda, conocí a Eliana, Jessica, Alejandra y Sarah, mujeres que, como mis amigas, vivieron la lucha armada. En medio de conversaciones y risas, les propuse revelar lo que significa ser guerrillera y dejar las armas. Así emprendimos esta película: un retrato íntimo de mujeres que, más allá de la guerra, buscan construir una vida digna y libre.
